Tape Edge Machine is the most essential machine required in manufacturing of any kind of mattress whether it is foam or coir or Bonnell spring or pocket spring etc. This machine is manufactured in three different table sizes and comes with two different kinds of sewing heads. For large production volumes, we have the industry standard C-TEC 300 UB 5 manufactured in Taiwan. For smaller factories, we offer the same machine with Taking 335 LB or Seiko Sewing Heads.
The machine has a very sturdy structure which is fixture welded by using very high quality steel from VIZAG and TATA. The whole frame is powder coated and all non-painted parts are specially plated for corrosion resistance and durability. The machine has all electrical under the table with speed control for a corner and straight speeds provided with an electronic drive and even the sewing head tilt is motorized.

The CT 300UB5 Tape Edge Sewing Head is made 100% according to Singer’s original 300UX5 Tape Edge Sewing Head. Just like other 300U and 300W machines, every single part including body and base, is made 100% in Taiwan under our strictly QC inspection. The quality of machines is guaranteed. Customers who use original Singer’s 300UX5 machine can inter-change it with CT 300UB5 machines.
